Subscribers have sole responsibility for creating the pages and the content of their pages on Notanant Limited disclaims any responsibility for this content and is acting a hosting provider, not an editor, or agent or any other form of related party to the Subscribers.

Subscribers may request inclusion in the directory. Inclusion is at the discretion of Notanant Limited and must be approved.

Notanant Limited does not share information about visitors with Subscribers other than at an aggregate level

Privacy policy and browsing

By using and related Services, you consent to Notanant Limited to collect, use, and retain of your personal information as described below, in accordance with UK Data Protection laws.

For browsers of and, Notanant Limited does not collect information about your name, address or other personal details unless you explicitly provide it in the sign up and subscription process or where you add it yourself in the content on the page you create. Notanant Limited does not collect or store financial information on our webservers, nor do we attempt to track or monitor your access and use of other third party websites or use third-party trackers.

For visitors using contact forms or complaints forms, your email address is collected and stored to allow communication with the Subscriber, and to verify the nature of your complaint. No email addresses are shared with third parties or Subscribers.

Subscribers and subscriptions

Pages consist of images and text provided by the Subscriber created through and other software and hosted on the and servers.

In return for hosting the page, the Subscriber will pay a subscription fee for hosting and other charges as clearly indicated. A hosting subscription will have a given term and may be renewed automatically. Terms will be weekly, monthly or every 90 days. Fees must be paid in advance.

Notanant Limited does not permit certain types of content to be hosted on and requires that all content is legal, honest and decent. A list or proscribed content types can be found in Content Requirements below. Hosting a page on is at the discretion of Notanant Limited and Notanant Limited may remove or block hosted content without further need for justification.

Subscribers must give a valid email address on sign up, and demonstrate ownership of the phone number used for their page.

The subscriber warrants that their page is in accordance with requirements listed in the next section and in particular that they have permission to add the content to including the consent of individuals in images or text.

By uploading the content, the Subscriber gives a perpetual non-exclusive license to Notanant Limited to display, store and process the content uploaded for pages. Notanant Limited will not use this content for any purpose other than for maintaining and managing and pages.

The Subscriber may cancel at any time by notification sent via the website, or by stopping paying the subscription. There will be no refund for unused time. In the event a subscription is not paid, the page will close automatically. The contents of the page will be disactivated after seven days and the user will have to re-create a new page if he or she wishes to resubscribe with the same phone number.

Notanant Limited may also remove or restrict access to pages at its sole descretion without notice.

Content Requirements

Notanant Limited requires that the pages it hosts do not:

  • violate any laws;
  • include any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material;
  • post or otherwise communicate any false or misleading material or message of any kind;
  • infringe any third-party right;
  • distribute spam, chain letters, or promote pyramid schemes;
  • distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Notanant's systems or the interests or property of users;
  • impose or contribute to imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of Notanant servers;
  • copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
  • use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
  • harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their written consent;
  • copy, modify or distribute rights or content from the site, services, applications or tools or Notanant's copyrights and trademarks;
  • bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to;
  • sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties;
  • include any personal or sensitive data (including images) without suitable consent
  • Pages must not bring or Notanant into disrepute in any way.

    Notanant Limited may remove any pages breaching these conditions without recompense, or restrict the use of for users found to be breaking these conditions. We are not able to monitor all pages continually, so will respond to any complaints as soon as practically possible.

    The Subscriber acknowledges that Notanant may remove the page, and block the Subscriber if a page is found to breach the requirements, and Notanant Limited can cancel the subscription without recompense for the subscription remaining.

    Subscribers acknowledge that they may need to include information on their pages that conform to Distance Selling regulations and other regulations about advertising or promotion in force. Notanant Limited does not collect or check such information directly and it is the responsibility of Subscribers to ensure their pages conform to all required legal standards.

    We may change the fees from time to time with due warning to Subscribers affected with the right of cancellation of services.


    Any person can complain about a page or Subscriber. Notanant Limited will review the complaint and take appropriate action which may include removing content, blocking a page or a Subscriber. The Subscriber will be notified by email of the complaint and the outcome.

    Listings, directories and direct selling (

    The Subscriber opt for his or her pages hosted by to be listed in the directory, or sister directory. The Subscriber acknowledges that in some jurisdictions listing in the directory may be considered advertising. The Subscriber warrants that the content for the directory meets the legal standards for products and services including includes all necessary information as the law requires. For instance, for articles for sale by businesses, this includes information about the buyers name, location, registration number, details of all fees involved and evidence that the business holds appropriate licences.

    Notanant Limited will not allow the following items to be listed in the or directories

  • drugs or medicines of any type or related paraphernalia
  • alcohol, tobacco,

  • pets or animals or animal parts

  • gambling of any type (including lotteries)
  • military or police uniforms or insignia
  • stolen goods of any type
  • food stamps, permits, IDs, licences
  • links targeting SEO
  • pyramid schemes, make money fast schemes or affiliate marketing
  • offers of work that include an upfront fee
  • recalled items
  • unlicenced sales of tickets
  • anything else against the law
